NotepadMe is a free notepad service. We do our best to keep it available and your notes safe, but we make no warranties. If the service is down or your notes are lost, we're sorry, but we are not liable for any damages.

Your account, your responsibility

• Don't share your password
• You are responsible for what you write in your notes
• Don't use the service to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or anything that infringes others' rights

Acceptable use

NotepadMe is for personal note-taking. Don't try to abuse the service with automated scripts, mass account creation, or attempts to access other users' data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without warning.

Changes to the service

NotepadMe is provided as-is. Features may change. If we ever shut down the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your notes.
